Starting a search for a
Furnished Apartment will be more successful if you have a list of the
requirements you need before you begin your search. Make a list of the most
important questions and define the order of importance. Take careful notes
when visiting a potential Furnished Apartment. Make a checklist and
carefully review each item as you go down the list. Does the furnished apartment have the correct number of bedrooms and closet space? Is there a bathroom with each bedroom or are shared bathrooms sufficient? What about the kitchen? furnished apartment for proximity to major roads, availability of
public transportation, and whether the landlord is on the premises for ease
of access. One further issue with a furnished apartment is
subletting. Many tenants rent with the sole intention of subletting. Check
